Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation guidance for digital offerings purchased through this website.

Which purchases this covers
This policy addresses digital products and self-service digital offerings purchased through this website, including audiobooks, other downloadable content, and online access. Any product-specific terms presented before purchase, applicable consumer rights, and payment-provider rules also apply. Professional advisory, design, implementation, and other client engagements follow their own proposal or signed agreement for fees, milestones, cancellation, and refunds.
Problems with access or delivery
If an audiobook download link does not arrive, an MP3 or chapter file is defective, or another digital offering cannot be accessed as described, contact hello@smarketingmedia.com with the purchase email, offering name, and issue. We will investigate and, where possible, restore access, replace a defective file, or provide another appropriate remedy.
Requesting a refund
Email hello@smarketingmedia.com with the purchase email, offering name, and reason for your request. We assess requests based on the offer and its delivery, the circumstances, applicable consumer rights, and the payment arrangement. Downloading or accessing a digital offering does not automatically eliminate rights provided by applicable law.
Subscriptions and other ongoing access
If an offering renews, its purchase page or specific terms explain the billing period and how to cancel future renewals. Cancellation and any refund for a current period are handled under those terms and applicable law. Contact customer service if the instructions are unclear.
Payment-provider support
The checkout and receipt identify the payment provider for a purchase. If it uses Stripe Managed Payments, the buyer may also request transaction support through the contact details in the Stripe or Onelink receipt; that provider may issue refunds in certain cases. Other payment methods may have their own processes. An approved refund is ordinarily returned to the original payment method according to the provider’s timing.
After a refund
For a refunded digital offering, we may end future access or the associated license, subject to applicable law and any specific offer terms. Files already downloaded cannot be technically recalled.
