When you buy or access a digital offering, including an audiobook, we may receive the title or service selected, purchase identifiers, billing contact information, payment status, account or download-access information, and support requests. Our website and delivery systems may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and access or download activity for operation and security. A payment provider handles payment credentials; we do not receive your full card number.

Other digital offers or professional engagements may use different identified payment, hosting, email, or delivery providers under their applicable offer or agreement. These providers process only information relevant to their roles and may operate in the United States and other locations.
